● Michèle WACHS, Mediator and Trainer, France Being a Mediator Within Oneself: A Skill Set Based on Mediation Competencies
Being a mediator within oneself is a skill set based on mediation competencies to facilitate the progress of collective projects. This ability to listen to the needs and interests of each party involved, including one’s own, fosters a resolution of problems or disputes that may arise during project development or even upstream to clarify everyone’s objectives. It is a way to avoid relying on an external third party as human or factual factors arise. An external mediator would only be called in for unresolved conflicts. Support and training accompany the development of these skills.

● Rhianna C. ROGERS, Sustainable Progress and Equality Collective, USA Leveraging Generative AI for Equitable Conflict Mediation: A Policy and Practice Framework
This presentation explores the role of generative AI and other advanced technological tools in facilitating autonomous conflict mediation techniques. It links perspectives from public policy, digital equity, deliberative conversations, and equity-centered technological practices to demonstrate how these innovations can enable individuals to resolve conflicts effectively, particularly in underserved or high-pressure environments. The presentation will focus on three main areas: access to mediation and deliberative conversation tools, skills development through AI-driven learning platforms and resources, and strategies to address systemic inequalities in access to technology.

● Alain DUCASS, Catalyst for Change (Mediator, Coach, Trainer), Advocate for Amicable Solutions, France Agile Mediation to Welcome, Share, and Transmit Peace
Inspired by multiple geographical and thematic sources, agile mediation begins within oneself, grows through interaction with others, and reaches both the wealthy and the impoverished through the solidarity fund for amicable methods.
