✓ Outline Done

The Outline of the project is validated once the projects have :

• Been validated in their feasibility, insuring that they provide a measurable impact, and respect local and international constraints.

• A clear solution done in accordance with the goals of the Geneva Forum.

• A defined roadmap compatible with the objectives of impact finance.

Once the Outline is done the projects goes into the Preliminary Design step.
